Do you take my insurance? The answer here is almost certainly, Yes!
Medicare: I am a participating provider with Medicare, so you will only be responsible for your deductible if it is not met and any co-insurance if you do not have a supplemental.
Medicare Advantage: I am an out-of-network provider, so sometimes your co-pay or co-insurance that you are accustomed to paying with an in-network provider will be different. The only way we will know is by performing a verification of benefits with your insurance company. Just have your card/ID number ready along with your date of birth and I will get in touch with your insurance company.
Commercial Insurance: I work with many individuals with commercial insurance policies such as blue cross blue shield, aetna, harvard pilgrim, community health options, cigna, and others. I am out-of-network with all commercial insurance companies, but that does not mean that they will not cover some or all of your physical therapy services, it just depends on your plan!
